On the face of it I don’t see anything wrong here and I will certainly investigate opening an account. If they offer IRAs at reasonable cost, I will open one and use it for aggressive trading. If not, I will open a conventional account and use it to accumulate shares of volatile portfolio hedging vehicles such as ADRE, VBR, PBW, DBV, and GDX via dollar cost averaging.
